121st Glasgow Scout Group Summer Camp 2023

We are arranging a 7-day, 4-night trip to Calella,  Spain for all scouts and explorers of the 121st Glasgow Scout Group from 22nd – 30th July 2023. The trip has been organised with the tour operator Venture Abroad which has been operating holidays for members of The Scout Association and Girlguiding for over 45 years.

Venture Abroad are committed to safety, adhering to all the Scout Association’s guidelines and regulations regarding international group travel. The company also has a strict safety management system policy in place, as well as offering additional peace of mind, with financial security in the forms of ABTA Bonding and ATOL Licensing. Each summer, hundreds of Scouts and Guides travel internationally with Venture Abroad and in 2023 we want to offer the experience!

This summer camp is an international action & adventure camp where the Scouts & Explorers will get to participate in both land and water-based activities, along with numerous excursions to nearby tourist destinations for 5 full days. The Scouts & Explorers will be staying in a full board 3-star hotel where all meals & pack lunches will be provided for (excluding travel days). This summer camp enables the Scouts & Explorers will be able to make new international friends, learn new skills, and create memories for life.
